Holy Basil Seasoning Paste (50 g.)

This is a yummy dish called hot basil stir-fry that you’ll love and never get bored of. To make it even tastier, use Lobo holy basil seasoning paste. Just open the packet, mix it with the ingredients you have, and stir-fry it. You can enjoy your yummy hot basil stir-fry in no time.

Recipe: Pad Bai Kaprao

1. Slice or chop 250 g. beef, chicken or other meats.

2. Heat a skillet and 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

3. When the skillet is hot, add the meat and contents of this packet together with 1 tablespoon water. Stir-fry until done and serve.

Satay Seasoning Mix (100 g.)

Recipe : Chicken Satay

1. Mix the contents of this LOBO packet with 1/4 cup (60 ml.) coconut milk.

2. Marinate 1/2 kg. striped chicken for 1 hour.

3. Thread the chicken onto the skewers. Grill until done.

Pa-Lo Thai Seasoning Mix (65 g.)

This is a LOBO product that makes it easy for you to cook and enjoy Pa-Lo, a delicious Thai dish. It’s a seasoning mix that gives the Pa-Lo a great taste and smell. Recipe : PA-LO THAI (for 5 servings)

Preparation : 300 g. chicken middle wings or other meats, 5 boiled eggs,
1 piece bean curd, cut into bite size or 10 pieces fried tofu (optional)

1. In a pot, dissolve the contents in this packet with 800 ml. of water
(3 1/3 cups). Bring to a boil.

2. Add chicken or other meats. Cook for a few minutes.

3. Add eggs and tofu and simmer for 30 minutes.

3. Place green bean noodles on top of the fat, followed by 300 g. fresh shrimps.

4. Cover and place on stove-top at low heat for 15-20 minutes.
