]]> If you’re not good at cooking with curry paste, there’s an answer! You can use LOBO sour vegetable curry paste to make a tasty and flavorful curry dish. It has an authentic Thai curry taste and doesn’t contain MSG, preservatives, or artificial colors. You don’t need to add any extra seasoning, and it’s easy to use – no need to waste time preparing ingredients!

Recipe : Kang Som

1. Prepare 200 g. fish or shrimp, cook one half and blend with the contents of this packet.

2. Boil 2 cups (480 ml.) water. Add the blended curry paste and bring to a boil.

3. Put remaining cooked fish or shrimp and vegetables such as chinese cabbage, long beans, papaya and radish. Bring to a boil.

4. Add fish sauce to taste. Serve with cooked rice.

Ingredients : Shallot 34%, Chilli 27%, Salt 13%, Shrimp Paste (Shrimp, Salt) 12%, Dried Shrimp 7%, Acidity Regulator (Malic Acid) 4%, Galingale 3%
