Recipe : Kaeng Masman

1. Heat a skillet and add 1 cup (240 ml.) coconut milk together with the contents of this packet.

2. Add 250 g. sliced beef or chicken and stir-fry until done. Add 1 cup (240 ml.) water and bring to a boil. *For tastier and creamier curry, substitute water for coconut milk or milk*

3. Add potato and peanuts.

4. Add fish sauce to taste. Cook until tender and remove from heat.

Sour Vegetable Curry Paste (50 g.)

If you’re not good at cooking with curry paste, there’s an answer! You can use LOBO sour vegetable curry paste to make a tasty and flavorful curry dish. It has an authentic Thai curry taste and doesn’t contain MSG, preservatives, or artificial colors. You don’t need to add any extra seasoning, and it’s easy to use – no need to waste time preparing ingredients!

Recipe : Kang Som

1. Prepare 200 g. fish or shrimp, cook one half and blend with the contents of this packet.

2. Boil 2 cups (480 ml.) water. Add the blended curry paste and bring to a boil.

3. Put remaining cooked fish or shrimp and vegetables such as chinese cabbage, long beans, papaya and radish. Bring to a boil.

4. Add fish sauce to taste. Serve with cooked rice.

Ingredients : Shallot 34%, Chilli 27%, Salt 13%, Shrimp Paste (Shrimp, Salt) 12%, Dried Shrimp 7%, Acidity Regulator (Malic Acid) 4%, Galingale 3%

Recipe : Chicken Tom Ka

*Submerge the packet in hot water for 1 minute. Cut open, the paste will come out easily.

1. Boil 1 cups (240 ml.) coconut milk. Add 300 g. chicken meat together with contents of this packet. Cook until chicken is well-done.

2. Add 2 cups (480 ml.) water. Simmer until chicken is tender.

3. Add one more cup coconut milk (240 ml.) and 100 g. mushroom. Bring to a boil and ready to serve. Add fish sauce and lime juice to taste.
