Sticky Rice in Coconut Cream (Khao Niao Moon) is a popular Thai desserts, and even CNN listed “Khao Niao Mamuang” (mango and sticky rice) as one of the top 50 delicious desserts in the world. Sticky Rice in Coconut Cream is easy to cook and has a sweet aroma of coconut milk, and it can be ready to eat in just 4 minutes.
Microwave Direction :
1. Put sticky rice (sachet no.1) in microwave bowl and add 140 ml. of water. 2. Cover the lid, put in microwave and set high for 4 minutes.
3. Take out and put coconut cream powder. (sachet no.2) and mix well with the hot sticky rice until coconut cream powder fully dissolved.
4. Rest aside for 3-5 minutes to let sticky rice absorbs the coconut cream.
5. Served with ice cream or fresh fruit such as mango, banana, strawberry, apple, durian, etc.
Stove Direction :
1. Put sticky rice (sachet no.1) and 140 ml. of water into a pot before turning on the flame.
2. Cover the lid, turn on the flame, boil for 4 minutes (until having very small amount of water remained).
3. Take off the flame and put coconut cream powder (sachet no.2), stir and mix well with the hot sticky rice until coconut cream powder fully dissolved.
4. Wait 4-5 minutes to let sticky rice absorbs the coconut cream before serving.
5. Served with ice cream or fresh fruit such as mango, banana, strawberry, apple, durian, etc.
