My order

Feel free to browse our store and add as many items as you like to your shopping cart. When you’re ready to complete your order, simply click the “checkout” button located in your cart. From there, you’ll be prompted to provide delivery information and select a payment method for your goods. After completing these steps, we will ship your package within 3-5 business days.

If you need assistance at any point, our Thailandisch support team is always available to help!

You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.  It will be refunded minus a payment gateway fee and operations of approximately 8%. please email us at thailandisch88@gmail.com with your order number and we can take care of it for you!

We may not be able to cancel your order upon request after this time or it has already been fulfilled.

 

Can I refuse my shipment?

If you decide to reject the delivery of your order in order to avoid paying duties and taxes or because you changed your mind, you will be held accountable for the return shipping fee that will be charged by Thailandisch. The amount of this fee will vary depending on your country of residence.

After placing your order, you should receive an order confirmation within 10 minutes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. It typically takes 3-5 business days for your order to be fulfilled, but please note that business days exclude weekends and holidays. All packages are shipped via Thailand Post.

If you don’t receive an order confirmation after placing your order, please contact Thailandisch Support to ensure that your email address is correct.

If you have an Thailandisch account, simply log in and select “My Orders” in the drop-down menu under your name. There, you can find the order number!

With every order we send an order confirmation email, which is sent to the same email used to make the purchase. Please check all email folders, including junk and spam, to ensure that you don’t miss this important communication.

Already have an account?

First, log into your Thailandisch account at any time and select “My Orders” to review your order status. Once your order is packaged and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can easily track your order by visiting your country’s post website.

 

Don’t have an account?

No worries! You can use the same email address that you placed your order with to create an account and it will appear under “My Orders”.

 

Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed! Once the courier picks up the package and scans it into the system, the tracking number can be used to see the information about your order. If the order was packaged on the weekend, it will be updated the next available business day!

Shipping

Shipping cost:

The cost of shipping depends on the weight of the package, and we offer three shipping options: ePacket, International Postal Air and EMS.

We ship packages using  service provided by Thailand Post. Delivery typically takes 7-21 days (excluding weekends and holidays), but you can opt for expedited or priority shipping during checkout. However, please note that these delivery times are only estimated and not guaranteed, and they are calculated in business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your package is handed over to our shipping provider, we have no control over its arrival time, which depends entirely on the selected shipping service. Therefore, please make sure to enter your shipping address correctly to avoid any issues, as neither Thailand Post nor Thailandisch can be held responsible for lost packages due to incorrect information.

Thailandisch is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

The price of the item and shipping charges do not include import duties, taxes, and other associated charges. These charges are  responsibility of the buyer. To avoid any confusion, kindly check with your country’s customs office beforehand to determine the additional costs that you may incur.

The customs duty is determined by calculating a percentage of the customs value of the goods. The specific percentage or rate varies based on the type of goods being imported.

Returns & exchanges

We’re sorry to inform you that we cannot accept returns, but if you have any issues with your items, please don’t hesitate to contact us at thailandisch88@gmail.com. We’d love to hear from you and work together to resolve any concerns you may have.

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 15-day Exchange Policy on our apparel only:

We have a 15-day policy starting from the day you received the item. To be eligible for an exchange, the apparel must be unused and undamaged. Please email us at thailandisch88@gmail.com with the subject line “Exchange” and include your order number, name, and the reason for the exchange. We will provide you with instructions on where to send the item for exchange. Please keep proof of postage when shipping the item to avoid any lost packages. Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of exchange items. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will send you a confirmation email with the status of your exchange.
